Those seeking to explore the cultural heritage and historical background of the area might want to start with the nearby Aranjuez (2 km), a declared UNESCO World Heritage Site. Visit the Royal Palace, the Garden of Isabella II, the Museo de Falúas Reales, and the Church of San Antonio. Prince's Gardens here have the greatest variety of flora and vegetation species in all of Europe.
